CUCUMBERS

Cucumbers have long been associated with their iconic cooling effects. We’ve all seen the image of someone in total bliss at a spa with two cucumber slices over their eyes. Cucumbers do a great job at the spa, but they can do even more good for your entire body when eaten regularly! A crispy cucumber snack comes packed with vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, folic acid, Vitamin C, calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium AND zinc! For an easy cucumber salad, thinly slice your cucumbers and toss them in a bowl with red wine vinegar, sliced onions, salt, and a drizzle of agave. Mix it all together and voila!
